KMS Parents and Students, 

I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. Thank you to Mr. Bell for putting on an amazing Start with Hello spirit week at the middle school. The students were actively engaged in the initiative and it was great seeing everyone in their green shirts, favorite shirts, and hats. This week is Homecoming at the high school and we will be participating in their spirit week (please see the attached schedule). Also, please be on the lookout for conference sign-ups. Our first conferences will be after school on October 4th from 3:30 to 7:00pm.

Tuesday, October 3 - 8-12 Fall Choir Concert 7:00 - 8:00pm (MS Gym)

Wednesday, October 4 - 6-12 Conferences 3:30 - 7:00pm (in-person)

There are still a few things that need to be added at the end of the school year, but they will be updated in the next couple of days. My goal for the year is to be as transparent as possible to major events taking place down the road at the school. I will continue to add to the important date section of the newsletter for upcoming events, but if you are wanting to plan for things, please refer to this document.

The lost and found area is quickly starting to fill up again. Please remind your son or daughter to check the area in the office, if they are missing lunch boxes, water bottles, and hoodies. There is a lot of really nice stuff that needs to find its way back to it's owner.
